McGaw acquired Duo Web Solutions in 2011. Since then, products were added to inflate monthly billings that do not deliver value for the customers, just more money! Not to mention improper invoices, double billing and adding products never agreed to or implemented! The service support is not customer focused, only revenue focused. Any dealer looking to expand their social media and marketing exposure to maintain and gain more customers should shop around, call vendors current client before signing any contracts!
