Tenneco promises rebates on their Monroe Shocks. Don't buy it. Their response after a long wait for the rebate was "The Tenneco part number is not provided on your receipt/invoice OR the products purchased do not qualify for this promotion. Please provide complete and / or valid part number and resubmit."
Time given to resubmit was a whole 2 days! Who has time to go back to Pepboys automotive and launch a major investigation in 2 days when one is too busy working (or trying to find work) and raising a family. Can you make this Ripoff a little more obvious?
