Our fiance’ (Yonas Muluneh) and that I, purchased an automobile from Tracy Toyota on nov 5. Whenever we purchased the vehicle Joe Niknam (common manager) and Omid Hatif (Common Sales Director) informed us the vehicle been examined, move smog and security.
The saddest aspect is my fiance’ works in the same dealership.
Two days afterwards nov 7 he went their to get some items that we forgot in the car that people exchanged in. Therefore The client connection supervisor informed him (her title is Victoria vierra), the car that people purchased never been examined, smog or none of the security functions completed about the vehicle! Therefore my fiance’ spoke towards the general supervisor and he advised him again its been completed! They visited support departement to determine the report whether its been completed or not, but there is no report discovered that claims they accomplished something about the vehicle we purchased.
Etc nov 7 they did the examination! If my fiance’ didn’t find out about this, they place my loved ones and that I at risk and we shall never discover! Therefore my fience’ request Joe (the Overall supervisor) why they did that to him and his household, the human-resource named him and informed him they're likely to hold him without having informing him why, the main reason he’s likely to be stopped. Therefore he's to stop since it will be harmful to him to consider another work.
