This company ripped off my grandfather. He is in his late 70's and he can bearly see and has cancer. He for his own safety went to replace the alternator in his car and thought it was a brand new alternator but to his knowledge later on found that it was just rebuilt and he has had 3 faulty alternators.
Today i have his car and i went to try to get another one because it was again another faulty alternator and the Manager told me that they have to send out to get it fixed and they could not replace it with a new one and now they are saying that they want to charge us to get it fixed even though it was one of their faulty alternators that was given to my grandfather.
They also do not want to give us a refund. So if i can be helped please many people do not go there due to their no good service. THANK YOU very much i will really appreciate the help.
