Did not send item purchased. Does not answer phone. Does not respond to emails

I paid for a keyless remove for my car. I received an email stating that the post office was notified of the shipment. There have been no further updates as to the progress of my purchase. I have not received my purchase. The company does not answer the phone, only a choice of leaving a message is offered. They do not return calls. They do not respond to repeated email attempts to resolve this issue.

This company apparently is a rip-off and fraudulently charged my credit card for an item they never sent.
