I took my 2008 P.T. Cruiser into Razzari Auto Center on 10/27 for an $18.88 oil change with coupon. When I came back to get my car at the end of the day I had a bill for $799.00. I am a 50 year old woman and Im not an idiot. When Mr. Ruiz was looking under my hood with me
He stated that they would clean off my battery connector since it had some battery acid on it. I said O.K. Thinking this was a no charge thing since I had the battery replaced by the same company a year ago.
Wrong. They did a transmission service by changing fluids and charged me $239. Rotated my tires and charged me $86. I never agreed or signed any paperwork saying they could do this. I was so enraged and there were only men there that I had to borrow a freinds card to get my car out. Now remember this is a brand new car. Only 27,000 miles on it. I have filed a complaint with the Bureau of automotive repair.
I know I was overcharged because I'm a woman and I will not let them get away with this. Does anyone know of a good Attorney? Thank you
