On October 31 our vehicle was brought in to Maroone Vw of Delray because the airbag system and A/C malfunctioned. We were told the part for the air bag would be in by the end of the week. At the end of the week we called the dealer and they
told us the part would be in the following week. After contacting the dealer for the second time the part was still not in and they told us November 11. When November 11 past they have now told us December 12. As you can see at this point we have no idea whats going on. We have contacted VW customer service which has been useless and continue to spin the same story. At this point we basically feel that the dealer has taken our car and we have no idea what to do. This vehicle was purchased brand new and is only about 7 month old. We honestly feel powerless and have no Idea when we are going to get our brand new car back.
VW customer service and the dealer are very vague and continue to tell us different stories. We fell basically like the car has been stolen by VW. It should not take a manufacture this long to make any repairs on a vehicle.
