Deceptive practices: knowingly selling non deffective cars, lying, making false promises, under valuing cars

Knowingly sold a car that was not working, promised to repair car before sale and did not. Refused to repair car after sale. Acted in a very dishonest manner. Engaged in repeated false promises. Please stay away from this dishonerable dealer.
