Bought policy, did the down payment, made the monthly payments. 4-12-10 and today decided I needed to use it and was calling before hand as instructed before taking my car to the shop and the number is disconnected. Looked them up on the web and find the remarks about them being out of business. Heart sunk. BBB has note on them to call the Ohio Attorney General at 800-282-0515. I did and placed a claim in with them. They said that this would show a claim "in case" a class action suit was filed or a settlement was made. I do not see any hope of recouping my $1100.
