Erie Insurance failed to do their job

I have been with Erie Insurance for 7 years. I have never had an accident or solution in my own whole driving background, but I was informed by my broker that, easily was in an incident, the deductible could be waived the very first time.

I had been at an intersection by which another driver went an end signal while on his mobile phone and struck the leading end-of my vehicle. I had been taking out of the side-street, so that they instantly dominated the incident my problem. I told the insurer that there's an end signal prior to the road I had been taking out of and required they deliver somebody out to have a look. She mentioned that she'd return to me after talking with another occasion.

While she called again, she got my Voicemail and recommended they had "looked after" another driver which I'd result in my deductible. She'd not be delivering an examiner to check out the intersection. I called back and quit her a note declaring this was undesirable and when she was not able to aid me, I'd prefer to have her boss contact me back.

It's been three months and that I've noticed nothing.

I'll be changing insurance companies when my plan is up. I will barely think that after a lot of decades of safe-driving they're reluctant to complete something to help me. And of course misinforming me concerning the deductible being waived.
