It was a Saturday evening when my truck broke down I was left on the side of the road with 2 dogs, my mother and my very young child. We were in a small town in Texas where everything closes at dark on Saturday and then does not reopen until Monday morning. I called Roadside assistance and was promised that I would be reimbursed for my hotel stay, rental until I could return for my truck or 5 days. The whole breakdown cost me almost $500 and they only reimbursed me $90. $30 a day for 3 days until my truck was fixed.
