My wife was involved in a auto accident and the car was towed to the nearest dealer, Art Gamblin Motors. This process was a nightmare and my wife was given her suburban back and it did not drive well at all. It was all over the road and not very safe to drive.
We brought it back and were told by the service dept. That becuase we put 20" rims and low pros on our vehicle. They tried to give it back to my wife to drive again, there was no change and it was still unsafe to drive.
I talked to several people about it, including Les chwab who put the wheels and tires on. They seemed to think thatthe frame was still bent. I relayed this information to the service dept. Mgr. Dave Richardson and was told that they were possitive that they fixed the frame. We even talked to the general mgr. Rick Josie about our suburban. They tried to have the truck aligned several times and gave it back to us.
The insurance company let me take it to Bonney Lake Collision to be looked at. The problem? Bent frame. Gamblin Motors had our truck for over nine weeks and treated us like we were the problem and at no time apologized for giving my wife an unsafe truck to drive.
Please never do buisness with Art Gamblin Motors of Enumclaw WA ever, they just do not care.
