I purchase a 2002 Ford Winstar Van on 10/04/10 for the length of 27 months, at $284.81,
On 10/05/10 David Philipson and car salesman Tommy Boldon came to my house to reposses it, I just happen to be asleep in it waiting on my nurse to finish cleaning my room. So that i would not have to get out and then try get back in and we could just leave. Tommy came and just open up the door which i was leaning on, he said that David had told him to come and get it, I ask why he said because i was 2 days late. I began to tell him i was on my way up there as soon as my nurse finish cleaning my room, and that i wasn't late and i always pay it on the 5th and he was not going to get it. He was aware that i could not walk everyboby at the car lot knows i have to be in a wheel chair. Or be pushed on a walker.
So he left for a few seconds and came back with Dave, Dave told me he had to take my van right then and if i did not let him take it he was not going to except the payment, that we needed to talk and i needed to come to the car dealer ship and after we talk he would let me have it back, i then told him we could talk then not later, and that i would be up there shortly. He said well i am not going to take your payment.
I look at him and told him that he and i both knew what this was all about, and that he was wrong i went and bought a money order and he did take it. So i decided to see if my son could pay it with his debit card. The lady who work there Debra took the payment, but when she got ready to give my son a conformation number she realize there was a note on my file not to except the note. And told my son she she had to fefund the money back to the card and told him that dave had put on file not to except it, my son ask to speck to Dave when he came to the phone dave told my son it was impossible for him to pay the note, i recorded everything he said to him also Debra gave my son an invoice number. She also stated how low down and dirty it was, for him not to take my note, She has been there for a while and when i would call in my notes, or took it in the dealer ship she would take the payment.
Dave sold my daugther a vehicle a 1994 honda for$11,046.00 the car started running hot the same day she bought it home, i called dave and told him how the saleman had done her he told her to come back in and he gave her one that was worst than the first one. It was so rusty in the radiator and rusty water was in it it was running hot also. I call dave he saud he would pay half if she let his machanic fix it, it broke down in the streets she had it towed home and let him come get it and he is mad at me. I did not co-sign for her and her boyfriend i just referred them and he call me pu telling me i had abandon it. I told him he did not sale it to me, and that she said she could not afford to make notes and get it fix to. He got mad and said to me i wish you a ot of luck i knew then he had it in for me i am going to send you what ever you need i have every receit where i paid all of my notes
