Arnott Inc sells Junk!!!
We have had two compressors fail within their warranty period and both were returned to Arnott Inc. It has been over two years since the defective compressors were returned, and no refund has been recieved to date - Does this sound similar to the report from "SITTIN LOW HUNTINGDON VALLEY Pennsylvania"? I was required to replace the compressors with new compressors from our local Ford dealership. Not only am I out the money I paid Arnott Inc, but also the cost of the new compressors I purchased from the Ford dealership and the loss of two good customers. I faxed Lisa at Arnott Inc about the status of the refund, without a respose from her or anyone from Arnott Inc - SHOCKING!!! I have been in the automotive business since 1991 and always honor my customers valid warranties and even some questionable warranties. Arnott Inc needs a lesson in good "customer service"
