I bought a 2011 BMW 535i sport package from United BMW in March. The same day I drove it home, I had severe backache due to problem with the seats and sport package. I informed the sales person, the sales manager, internet manager. Everything fell on deaf ears. They would not take return of the car. I even offered to pay $500. They gave me all sorts of lame excuses and basically offered to pay me $3000 less for the car. Mind you this was after 1 or 2 days. Shameful business practice. All they care about is the money, customer service is only lip service and not reality.
