A 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 was leased through Hann Financial for a term of 39 months. Lease payment where made promptly and in full with the mature date of September.
Car was returned August 22, 3 weeks earlier than the maturity date. Hann was notified and intern they notified Top Dog Auto Transport to schedule an appointment for pick up.
Top Dog appointment date was not credible and numerous calls had to be made to get a specific time and date. Car was inspected and picked up eventually by Top Dog Auto Transport and I was given a receipt for this car.
I received an statement on 8/25 from Hann Financial stating: Amount Due From Customer $0.00
