I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, recently took my F250 in to repair small dent on my tailgate. Afterwards tailgate would not open as linkage was disconnects, after repairing myself I noticed the placid covers on my tailgate were loose, almost falling off. I took back to dealer only to be told by collision department that the damage was on me since they typically break upon removal to paint tailgate. How is it someone has the right to damage my property during repair and I am liable?
