The owners of kwik kar does not put in the oil that they say they do. When you get your oil changed, the oil you request is not what you get. They fill their bulk tanks with whatever is on sale that week and sell it for Castrol or Rotella. I have personally seen the employees refilling the "bottled oil" out of the generic bulk tanks. If you want to make sure you are getting what you payed for, you need to bring your own products and watch them put it in your car.
