I took my car to the Kwik Kar on Glade Rd to get the oil changed. I didn't need anything else, no inspection or anything. An employee wanted me to fill out a form giving my name, address, and other personal information. I didn't feel this was necessary just to get my oil changed. He told me that if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else.
I asked to speak to the owner. After the employee spoke to the ower, the owner approached me and told me the same thing - that I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. Okay with me, That store owner just lost my business (5 cars) forever, and the business of all my friends. I'm sure there is another Kwik Kar franchise owner or another lube business that would like to have my business.
