This is a scam.instead of giving him 33%, just read your own contract under the "cancellation of service contract" and you will certainly keep money in your own pocket, not put it in his.
This company, Warrantyrefund.com, solicited me to help get a refund on my car warranty. All they basically do is trick people into signing a contract to give warrantyrefund.com a portion of the refund that would have been owed to me anyways.By cancelling my contract i get a pro-rata refund. This company convinced me into signing a contract that gave him 33% of my pro - rata refund and he did nothing to earn it. Had I not been convinced to sign it, I would have a much bigger refund.
I should have just read my contract, or called the company for instructions. It would not have cost me hundreds of dollars, when the info is given for free by the enrollment company.
