To whom my concern the reason for this complaint is becouse the company ge protect america refuse to refund my money. For a deposit the i gave them when i sing up for a contract for 3yrs agrement. When i spoke to the person the offer me the alar system told me to put a deposit of $200.00 dollar and when the agrement expire in 3 yrs i would get my refund and i dit not have to carry over the contract lngest i make the payment for the fullfilment of the contract. And know the 3yrs are almost over i call to find out how would i go by cancelling the agremment and they say to fax a request i dit not know the i needed 60 day notice to cancel but they renual my contract without my prmision i dit not sign for another year comtract with out my consent know they give me a thousand of excuse to not give me my refund if s been almost 3yrs i dont have the agremment in my pocetion the person the i did bussiness with the firth time told me how much i would pay monthly how long the contract and after i fullfild the agremment i will get my refund but know they say know.
