Citadel Equipment Finance
They solicited money to pay off an existing lease contract, cashed check and never honored contract to pay off lease. They never responded to our numerous requests to refund our money

Darin Charan from Citedel Equipment Finance solicited our company by fax and email regarding paying off an existing lease. After signing contract overnighting a check, at his request, for first and last months payment plus fees, they never honored the contract to pay off lease. Numerous attempts to contact Mr. Charan and Citedel Equipment Finance to refund our money have all been ignored.
