In November I bought a brand new vehicle (2009 Kia Rio5) from Thompson Honda, actually buying a long warranty beyong the 5 year/60k mile Simple Guarantee. I was trick by Thompson Honda concerning the guarantee and that I've had only issues with the automobile. From color pulling many times (set improperly by Thompson Honda) to my car jolting when place in change to AC issues and unusual sounds when directing — all looked over by Thompson Honda in Fallston, doctor as well as after numerous appointments, they might not resolve my automobile.

I actually needed to obtain the Better Business Bureau of Maryland in addition to Honda included and on 08/23, I'd my vehicle towed to Thompson Honda for they guaranteed they'd repair my automobile and after two times of not really taking a look at it after which informing me my vehicle wasn't under guarantee (the Support Division and General Director somehow misread my odometer — I'm-not kidding), per week later I was informed my vehicle was prepared. They did anything within their capacity to not recognition both my guarantees! This, let me make it clear, was the worst error of my entire life! I want I'd never bought the vehicle!
