Beginning in July I'd some work completed on my vehicle. 1st down I'd to obtain leases twice, once for workers removing ill (that we realize) and also the the next time was really annoying since I have decreased the vehicle off the night time before, they did not have it about the raise until 1pm or 2pm. The frustrating component is that this occurred inside a week of every other. The swaybar that they changed however squeaks, the could not discover the squeak within the chair which both support mgr & technician equally stated they heard-but did not fix. I believe these were also lazy to draw the chair out & verify it. They changed my peak using the incorrect one. It's the incorrect shade & too large for that car. The technician put the peak away before asking. It's nothing like they delivered the previous peak, they merely put it within the trash, that we discovered after I requested for this back. No one may actually contact me back. I needed to appear there twice and child where they surprised to determine me. I named repeatedly for over per month and was informed just Dave addresses my acct & I can not speak with other people, that we locate difficult to think in a storage with large volume. I spoke towards the support mgr John who had been to obtain back again to me in 2wks, that was in August & I'm still waiting on his call. I've named, sent him & am receiving no response. There is more towards the tale then I will match on here. I had GM actually involved with this-but additionally they dropped down. Ideally I will get help because no body in the storage appears to assist me. I am likely to suppose it's some people instead of the way in which Pat Obrien works at 4 places...
