Potentially the toughest support division I've actually visited. Listed here is my tale: I recently purchased a brand new 2011 Small Copper for my child. Following a month, the plastic cover about the sunvisor broke down. I setup appt at South Engines to displace, and after dropping-off vehicle, waited 2 hours to become informed the component must be requested. Okay, so months pass, with no reaction to the component, till I obtain a study per month later and that I destroy them onto it.inside an time somebody calls me apologizing, to I would like to understand the individual which was designed to purchase the component quit, and did not spot my purchase (??!!). Right now I am considering this location is just a small disorganized, but no concerns. I create a follow up appt and appear to obtain the brand new peak mounted. Today a brand new company consultant involves me to inform me the price is $130 for that component and installation. After I ask why I'd have to spend something, hios reaction is "damaged components are protected under guarantee". Today I am really pissed, and I inform him to simply provide me my vehicle back. I figure I Will create a notice for them and protest later? Right now I Have lost 2 days, and nothing's been done. Lastly when I get obtain the vehicle, I am informed the important thing's been "lost"'. After another time, I am advised it had been place in another clientis vehicle, so that they have to get select it-up. Long story short - it got me 3 hours to obtain my vehicle, with no peak changed;.
