On friday, 9/10 - my husband and i walked into the dick's store in mt. Laurel seeking ankle weights for recovery exercising. We approached a gentleman named dean - who was busy re-stocking a unit. He immediately stood up and looked for the item i needed. He took a lot of time searching for the item on the store web site - concluded that it could be ordered and shipped to my home... Did a great job researching the item to get my needs correct. Andrew came along and saw to it that i received free shipping on the item ordered. Dean was very concerned about the cane i was using and made me feel that he really cared. A lot of time was spent on my request and sale. I never felt that he rushed to conclude the sale... Bravo!
