I got my 2009 Jayco motorhome set for warranty work. After 14 days I named them to determine exactly what the standing was and was informed they requested parts also it could be 3 months before they'd get these components. And so I picked it-up and required it back directly after we got it out. Once they had had it two more months, I'd to contact to confirm the standing and was informed the requirements components weren't in yet. Perhaps the following week. I called again the following week and was instructed another week. Nicely after four weeks they eventually got the components and explained it had been prepared to get. I visited choose it-up and noticed that somehow your body above the taxi was broken. Whilst not taking responsibility for that harm, they accept repair it and that I was informed it'd be considered a handful of months simply because they had a few large jobs to complete. Why my work as never as essential as these others was beyond me. Therefore after 2 more months, I again visited choose it-up and discovered the harm was set but there have been 4 large places of bright color about the different aspect of your body only oposite of where the initial harm was. Once they were asked about this, no body might clarify how or why it was there. I truly believe that 8 whole months for warranty fix is completely undesirable to begin with as well as for them not to be that worried about all this is truly incredible in my experience. Actually the Assistance Supervisor quit me without any fulfillment. I actually donot observe how they remain in company if all their clients are handled in this way. Or could it be simply the cistomers who're having guarantee work completed?
