(1) Requested Mako 18 lts in July named them to obtain some costs and examine purchasing of vessel no body might return telephone calls it had been enjoy it was an inconvenience in order for them to promote me a boat. (2) Needed To contact store-manager and protest got my vessel requested was informed it'd be considered a couple weeks plus they might retain me updated on improvement and provide mean eta on shipping after about 6 months I eventually named and requested when my vessel could be there I had been informed a few months nicely around three months later I experience over there and my vessel is resting behind the shop another sellers explained it'd been there a couple of days no body actually named to I would like to understand it had been actually there. I'd delivered them many emails wondering about this throughout this period of time without any reaction (3) Provide my boat set for maintenance and some small guarantee problems nothing large they inform me it'll be considered a couple of days so I experience back over there per week later plus they have not actually began on my vessel, properly its been three months today and I - can never get a solution in the support division and have delivered the supervisor some very firm emails about how exactly I'm about there customer support however no response I am thinking I'm likely to record it taken (haha). I'll never purchase another vessel from Bass pro-shop System Marine or might I would recommend them to anybody WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I've EVER HANDLED
