Safelite changed the window in my own boyis Sebring on the Friday. Three nights later he observed a break stretching out of the molding round the window about the driver's part. He ripped the molding back and found a completely through the glass which was formed such as the mind of the screwdriver. The molding had no scars onto it therefore clearly it'dnot been hit with a stone. It had been obviously completed during installation, never stated to us after which covered-up with this molding.
Whenever we named Safelite to protest, they guaranteed to deliver a specialist out the following day to look at the harm. He came almost three hours overdue and, regardless of the unchanged molding, informed us the harm was from the stone. Whenever we approached Saftelite again and requested to get a supervisor, we were informed that people will have to generate the vehicle sixty kilometers towards the Safelite workplace for that supervisor's evaluation. We did not bother. At that time we understood exactly what the boss might say-so we named our insurance provider. They delivered an insurer out 24 hours later who required 30 seconds to determine the damage happened during instillation and stated that it had been difficult that the stone triggered the harm. Safelite WOn't get another insurance money through us.
