Lied about RV Features to get the sale then told us we should have looked closer after we purchased

We started out looking at RVs on their lot. A nice gentlemen came to help us after a very long time. He informed us he was the Internet salesman. We looked at RVs and narrowed down to 2 brands. The one brand was designated as cold climate adaptable, the other one didn't have a sticker naming it at such, but the salesman told us they were identical in insulation packaging and both were good for cold climates. I liked the floor plan of the one that didn't have sticker that it was cold climate adaptable, but the salesman reassured me it had the same insulation package, and that the company just didn't advertise it. The original RV also had a power hitch, which the salesman told us both RV's were matched exactly for features. So we purchased the one I liked thinking that it had the power hitch as the salesman stated.
We did the paperwork and went to hitch up, when low and behold, it was NOT a power hitch. We told the service guy it was the wrong trailer, he went and grabbed the salesman, who stated to the service guy that the trailer should have a power hitch. The salesman went out and looked and saw it wasn't a power hitch and acted as surprised as we were. He went to his boss to see if we could have one put on, but the boss said "no" we should have looked closer before we purchased.
So we ate it. We took the RV camping. The temperature dropped to 28F and the batteries immediately died and we had absolutely no heat. We froze! Our dog was just shivering. The on-demand water heater wouldn't work until I hooked up to an external generator then it only heated the water to a tepid warm (the water tanks were not insulated as expected).
Immediately after the total failure of a camping trip, I called the Service number. A man answered and I politely told him about the purchase of the trailer 2 months earlier and that it needed warranty work (batteries dying in 4 hours of use, a missing window screen and a chunk of wood that had been chipped the day we bought it). The man began lecturing me that I should be calling the service department for fixes, that whenever I need fixed or work done that I should be calling the service department (I called the service department number listed on their website).
What kind of dealership doesn't back up their word and then when you politely call to schedule work done, proceed to lecture you about the number you dialed (which happened to be the correct number anyway)?
The RV was not a cold climate RV (lie # 1) and the RV did not have all the features the salesman told us it had such as the Power Hitch (lie #2).
When I finally reached the service guy, I asked him if I could bring the RV in today even though he wouldn't get to it for awhile. I had the day off and could easily bring it in. He told me "NO", and that he had no room for it, then went on to lecture me about getting 8 or 9 RV's in a day. He kept going on and on about it, then I interrupted him and said I would bring it in on the day he could fix it, he then told me there would be no guarantee he could fix it then either.
They certainly didn't make me feel like they were interested in taking care of me, their customer. They were more interested in making me feel awful that I called them, and that I made a huge mistake purchasing from them and how dare I expect them to cater to me in any way shape or form.

I will never do business with these people again!
