JetBlue forgot to say yet another thing in its advertising slogan that it offers you: issues, or better stated, impossibilities, of actually viewing a penny back when you give them your cash!

Jet Blue TOOK $400 from me! Initial by NOT refunding / returning my cash after I originally bought seats despite the fact that I had been PUNISHED / CHARGED more income after I ended my journey. After which by obligating me to make use of the Aircraft Blue Journey Banks to obtain it back. Essentially, once my cash was in JetBlueis fingers, these were NOT providing it-up.

Significantly to my regret, & most lately, JetBlue ended breaks that, in my own evaluation, weren't per year old. Nevertheless, Aircraft orange utilized and put behind their guidelines of once the FIRST credit was released to be able to consider my cash which from what it appears, was the purpose from the beginning. Moreover, the JetBlue Journey Lender doesn't inform the account-holder the breaks are going to end - why could they? JetBlue NEVER meant to return the cash/credit.

Unfortunately I'd been an extremely FAITHFUL client. Flying JetBlue constantly... Don't believe so anymore.

The Client Representative I talked to (Jen) only essentially explained: "Its JetBlue plan... I've never noticed them return the breaks".

JetBlue had opened 3 Journey Lender balances when providing "breaks" back despite the fact that JUST ONE charge card was actually applied. This obviously which makes it even more complicated to obtain money-back from JetBlue because just one Journey Lender per-ticket may be used when buying. You-can't mix Journey Lender resources to buy a solution... Nah, you-can't get your cash back

Obviously, when I publish to "Reveal my Problem" I'm wishing the somebody at Jet Blue-will receive the Organization Title and RETURN my due breaks - when I would utilize them for journey! I've some desire nevertheless... Its the final point we shed.

I really hope (again) the JetBlue is severe within their dedication for their clients, "YOU, i. E the client, Most Importantly". (*hopefully* the "All" contains cash)
