Jetblue workers grab! Touring over vacations with animals. Taken care of dog costs with same charge card (in one single chance) taken care of seats. Actually, necessary to buy 2nd SOLUTION for 2nd dog to travel in cottage plus they nevertheless billed me dog costs for this 2nd solution plus they TWICE CHARGED me along with that! Upon check in at table, JetBlue consultant (John) requested me for dog costs again; that we had overlooked (within the fluster of shifting back east and operating delayed for airplane) that I previously settled. Does not matter, w/d John noticed using the PC display that costs were settled currently. I gave him extra $200 dog costs (in MONEY; a dual cost). HE POCKETED THE $200! Upon calling Jetblue & distributing criticism to Talk up (JB's problem department), I then found out that John ACCEPTED to getting the cash and stated that after he "recognized what had occurred", he discovered me boarding the airplane and offered me the cash back. THIS REALLY IS BULLCRAP! An outright lie!!! That never happened! John never gave me the cash back! Today, Jetblue really wants to "credit" me, AS THOUGH I am ACTUALLY LIKELY TO FLY THEM AGAIN! I gave them MONEY, they wont provide me again WHAT I GAVE THEM. They secure me into traveling together (& spending more income doing this) having a credit. I deserve to obtain BACK what I gave them. JOHN POCKETED his "holiday cash" ostensibly. Took each from Jetblue and from myself. Do not fly jetblue! They're dishonest!
