As other customer i have sold my vehicle after a couple of months being insured with BISL who then went on to charge me twice for the monthly premiums and a 35 cancellation charge. They are making it difficult to check the small print on the policy documents as i did not print a copy off to save ink and paper. They revoke access to the documents when you cancel policy. They also keep you hanging on the phone while they put you on hold to talk to their manager and this is costing as the phone number is an 0844. Do not use this company or make sure you read the small print prior to using them or you will be ripped off should you have a problem.
