I'm writing for you like a customer who'd prefer to alert everyone who might be thinking about purchasing a scooter, not to buy it through Pacific Mopeds found on Oahu. I bought a CPI moped on 9/15/10 and within 2 weeks products began splitting about the scooter. There are lots of products inside the previous year which have damaged or malfunctioned with this scooter for example supports, wires, devices, fatigue, muffler, etc. The caliber of the scooter is extremely bad and what's much more, may be the dealer, Pacific Mopeds. They're very hard to cope with, by not returning calls, declining guarantee on problems, and rude. For instance, I requested them just why there are a lot of issues with my scooter, and also the reaction was, “what would you anticipate to get a $1500 moped”.
College is beginning again within Hawaii, I highly caution parents and pupils of buying through Pacific Mopeds. The standard and customer support is dreadful. Visit a location where the technicians are onsite in the dealer, and check customer reviews to get a quality manufacturer before your purchase.
