Our experience with The budget Rent-A-Car franchise owned by Steve Antrim in Sioux Falls, SD. Was
dreadful! The car was fine, but the way they structure their billing system is horrible. We rented for one week but kept the car for only 4 days and 6 hours and dropped off before they opened. I called Budget that morning after they opened and one of their employees said we would pay an lower rate. After getting the bill, the information was incorrect and we had to pay the full week. We were presented something which was wrong and Budget does not stand behind it's employee's.
