I bought a 2000 mercury mountaineer on 6/14 at

I had been guaranteed easily bought this vehicle that particular repairs could be made, today i'm obtaining the "run-around".

Just before investing in a 2000 mercury mountaineer on 6/14 from car-hop i had been told from the car salesman (paul) and also the lot supervisor (tina) when i made a decision to purchase that specific automobile particular repairs could be made free to me. These repairs involved: the exterior driver side door handle, the window lock switch about the drivers side-door, and also the doorlock/uncover switch to the distant. Because there is three different issues that must be fixed the supervisor (tina) mentioned that within the description of the repairs required she was simply likely to set “drivers aspect door” regarding coverall of the repairs.

A couple of days after purchasing the automobile i approached car-hop and quickly required my vehicle for the approved repair center. After i acquired my automobile the doorway handle was changed (while not painted as guaranteed) i thought no big deal atleast it had been mounted, and also the window lock key was restored. The door lock/uncover switch about the remote still didn't function.

And so i approached car-hop and they explained to return the automobile for the shop that we did on 7/9. The following contact i obtained was the shop-owner asking may i please contact car-hop and have them to call the look so the store might have approval for them to do the repairs. The shop owner had said he'd tried to contact them many times with no one was returning their calls.

For 2 months i named carhop and their warranty division each day asking they please contact the repair center. Each day i'd first get the runaround from both divisions stating i have to contact another division. I had been promised by various workers from both sections that someone could be contacting the repair shop which this would be solved. Recently on 7/25 i talked with the warranty department and was told “mr. Bradley i guarantee this problem will be solved nowadays, somebody will contact the shop to provide approval for your repair and we'll call you back”. I've heard the same line each day since i have had started calling them.

Multiple occasions i've heard that either the issue would be fixed that day and/or they couldn't repair it for multiple factors. The ton attributed the warranty department and viceversa or they blamed the truth that the salesman who actually bought me the vehicle was a floater from another state and they might not contact him to cope with it.

After i called them again today (7/26) to ensure the matter was solved i had been informed by marvino in the lot the repairs wouldn't be produced because of the fact that about the paperwork tina experienced “worded the repairs incorrectly” consequently the warranty team wasn't likely to allow stated fix.

This whole experience hasbeen exhausting. Since i've purchased this car i've had issues with it. The stereo and cd-player ended working around three weeks after i purchased as well as the rear passenger side door stays now. I am not looking to get something mounted that occurred after i bought the automobile. I'm no unlikely individual i understand that when you buy a these things happen. The entire point of this is the fact that i'm paying more than 11,000 for this car. Both tina and mike guaranteed me this would be looked after upon my agreement to get this car. I am just requesting what was promised in my experience, nothing more.

It would appear that i had been promised this simply to get me to sign a contract with carhop and today that i'm looking to get what i'm eligible for i'm obtaining the runaround and told that i'm "from fortune" since the paperwork was not phrased properly.

Workers i've spoken with:

• tina, car-hop lot supervisor (was present after i was getting the automobile)

• mike, salesman (individual who guaranteed repairs and whom sold me the automobile)

• marvino, worker of car lot (i handled him shortly throughout the purchase of my vehicle and have spoken to him a number of times when it comes to guaranteed repairs)

• jules, worker of the warranty division

• sean, worker of carhop
