I requested a from their store and obtained one in under a week. Unfortunately it had been not the main one I requested and wasn't suitable for my vehicle. I have now been informed from the sales person Alan they might get the indication and return my cash however they did neither. I've talked together many times each week going back thirty days and they keep stating they will look after it but they've done nothing.
