Fraud, Overcharging Customers, Billing for services not provided

This company used fraudulent means to bilk customers out of funds. Under the guideance of Terry Grambling Jr, they billed trucking companies for personel and equipment used in the clean up of tractor trailer accidents that were not needed and never were dispatched to the scene.

Items were often stolen out of cars that had been towed and stored on their lot. Randon charges were often added to the bills of unsuspecting victims.

To support a growing meth problem, Mr. Grambling Jr. Stole cash from the business, blaming innocent employees.
