Cross Country Automotive Denied Payment for our Services to Unlock one of Their Customers Cars In February When the Temperature was below Freezing. If They Ever Call Us
Again we will Leave Their Customers Standing In The Cold Just As They Have Done Us.
We are a small wrecker service in Northwest Arkansas and normally do not provide services for these type of out of state companies due to their rates and length of time they take to pay. However, knowing it was below freezing and someone had locked theirself out of their car we took the call.
We have spent 4 months calling Cross Country to find out when we would be paid. Everytime we called we spoke to a different person that stated they could not help us due to it not being their customers account. After 5 months we received a letter stating that our invoice would not be paid because it had gone past their allotted time for claim submission.
We have spoke with other Wrecker Services in this area and they have had the same problem of not being paid or always being short paid when their rates barely cover the expenses.
Please do not pay for this company's services or you will find yourself standing on the side of the road for a long time while they try to find a service provider they have not RIPPED OFF!
