I'd my car towed to Pep Boys on metroplitan ave in Ridgewood Queens about the suggestion of Allstae that will be my towing assistance, after 2 times I named at 9am to determine when they had set my car, I had been informed they were so hectic they'd not really looked over my car-I called again at 1pm and again the supervisor explained the same, I told him that their service was bullshit which I had been spending money on a rental car and may not abandon the car within their fingers considerably longer, I also told him that I'd call Allstate and let them know the things they were performing in my experience, he advised me they might examine my vehicle asap-five minutes afterwards (NO exaggeration) He named me back again to inform me they looked over the vehicle plus they didn't understand what was wrong with it plus they couldn't repair it-I'd it towed out-of there instantly and required it to a different store in Whitestone Queens, all of the vehicle required was a brand new beginner, the technician at Whitestone informed me that used to do not have a genious to find it out. They set it in 2 hours and that I acquired my vehicle at 6pm that evening-it had been really prepared at 4pm I simply couldn't make it happen in those days.
PEP BOYS Hurts they flat-out lied by what they stated they did-I'd never suggest PEP KIDS to anyone-avoid these fools!!!
