Tragicly poor response

Egyptair flight from Cairo to Berlin... Traveling business-class... Six individuals running a business course region in a position to maintain 50... One bathroom.

The lighting within the bathroom didn't function - that is poor! I politely advised the steward and he or she said 'we all know' and shrugged her shoulders.

In this four-hour trip all guests and team employed this bathroom. Additional guests involved a sizable handicapped guy who had been escorted by his boy and obviously had some type of dementia and aged Egyptian lady in a complete length abaya. I'm 6'5" and consider 255 pounds - therefore not all nicely-matched within the toilet for almost any people

Moreover, the 'bathroom being used' indication crammed 'on' and that I invested 42 units getting furious, awaiting the bathroom to become accessible when it had been free all-along.

I reported for the purser and he explained 'we all know'...
