DON'T RECEIVE SUPPORT at Berts, I got my quad there for total support and device modification, $550, very first time out the engine blew aside, completely ruined. The store I got it to stated both spark plugs were free also it first got it so warm the piston seized which got out the pole and crank. I got it back again to Berts they'd the service supervisor (who understands nothing about customer support) inform me the pole flag broken (he explained common in Yamaha) (why might I actually purchase another?) and for me to pound mud these were getting no obligation. These folks are criminals and thieves. AVOID BERTS, there's grounds they've this type of poor status, they deserve it.
