I introduced a 98 Toyota 4Runner into NTB to obtain a tire rotation and stability. The lugs were not tightened and on the road back again to NTB, the driver front tire got down. The tire eventually thrown down and struck another car. The driver of the 2nd vehicle aided with jacking up pickup and positioning tire back on automobile. I had been requested to supply a police statement as well as driver if automobile included was requested to deliver NTB an estimation from color and bodyshop. After talking to NTB, they experimented with stall the procedure to repair both automobiles. On Friday June 3rd, I had been approached by Erik Passarro and was handed a compromise solution. Hours later Mr Passarro named back again to renege about the decided offer. NTB would really like me togo away however it was due to their neglect that my vehicle and another automobile want to get fixed. To exhibit great faith in NTB in general, I proceed to complete business with NTB.
