Please inform me what's occurring with my flight seats that I bought about 30 days before. I arranged 3 seats to Hartford, CT and was sent recently July 19 that I'd 2 times to obtain back again to travelocity. I named customer care after I noticed e-mail since after 48-hours they may not return scheduling cost. I named 1 time following the e-mail was published in my own mail at 1:45 am due to desperation of concept. I spoke to Manilla, Philippines. I had been placed on hold like 3-4 times with 3-15 second delay times on-hold. I was good for them plus they established that trip was not happening and that I had a need to call-back in day when flight exposed. I named in day and was aimed to Bombay, India. The individual advised me that I had been likely to obtain a return. I inquired exactly what the issue was and he explained anything periodic? He proceeded to inform me that I'd get reimbursement in 4-7 times after which explained it'd consider 6-8 months for reimbursement which I'd get 717 bucks back. At that time I stated how will you get that number because it was 738 for routes? He explained the additional cash was for fees that I'd not return. Therefore today I'm behind plan in the place of being forward. There is very little compassion simply wait a few weeks for reimbursement and we will consider 21 for fees. I'm unhappy, no trip, less cash, late money and somehow I've to place more money on my charge card, more debt, more trouble. I'd prefer to get a contact from corporate. I still have not obtained emial from customer support like I requested more than 12 hours before about my reimbursement established. It has been a waste of my money and time. Simply trouble!
