Had my oil changed assuming listed oil-change price would be the charge. When complete, bill was several dollars more than advertised price. When asked to explain, Manager said it was to accommodate the disposal fee, and misc. Shop supplies. I suggested they change their advertised price to show these other associated costs. To this the Manager said "You're kidding right?". Manager went on to suggest I was being petty, and that he shouldn't have tried to fit me in his schedule, he was just trying to be nice. Outraged, I suggested he had extremely poor customer service skills, and would like to talk to his Manager, he suggested he was the store Manager and I could take my business elsewhere (I fully intend to).
Store Manager very non-personable (very poor customer service skills).
False advertised pricing.
