Jeffery Manders of Winder GA. Is a Liar Thief Cheat and Fraud. He sold me a lemon after he insisted it was a good running truck. This truck had major issues he never disclosed and unfortunately I did not have a mechanic with me to help assist me with the inspection or purchase of this vehicle.
