I am a multimillion dollar business owner of used autos and the clerk called me a moran

I have purchased thousands of used auto parts through the years and have never had a problem until now. The company listed above is very disorganized and does not stand behind their product. I would never buy from them again if they were the last yard on the planet. They claim their products are tested and good but of course this one was not and it is faulty. From the looks of this item it has been sold many times. I requested a refund but was only scoffed at. Please pass this on and get the word out about this sham of a business.
