I have been at war with these idiots for months now. I have a Nissian titian and decided to put a billet grill on the front so I went on ebay and picked one out. When it was received I found it to be the wrong part, I quickly wrote a email with my concerns to kgs. They responded by telling me it was the proper part. I explained that it was not what I was expecting it to be. They told me to mail it back and they would ship the new grill. So I mailed it to the the address it was sent from after the fact I received an emeail explaing the shipping directions to where it should be sent, I explained to the sales person through email that I shipped the product to the address from which it was sent. She explained that I needed to provid a shipping recipt with a tracking number in this case, so I did and at that time I was eager to recieve the proper part so I used my card over the phone to pay the 70$ roller difference for the proper part.
