He has my seats to my car and i paid him 700.00 to reupholster my seats he did not do it nor did he return my money or my seats

I settled John Valencia 700.00 bucks to reupholster the chairs in my own 1968 mercury cougar, he selected the chairs up and that I settled him the cash on May 12 he explained they could be completed that subsequent Wednesday he's not responded his telephone so when i visited his office on may 19th there is an eviction notice about the building screen. I attempted to contact again but still no solution.
