Acqua Flamingos is a development straight from hell. I bought a condominium here several years ago thinking it would be a great investment and a beautiful place to vacation. The condominiums were supposed to be completed over a year ago. To date, I still don't have possession of my condominium. Believe it or not, I consider myself fortunate. The people that have received their units have been subjected to extortion (more than $25,000 USD in some cases), verbal abuse, mental anguish and even threats of violence.
Eduardo Valencia, the developer, is a true terrorist. He likes to keep people scare and retaliates immediately whenever someone tries to fight back. He cuts the water, gas and electricity at whim to teach the owners a lesson.
Don't make the same mistake we made. If you ever see the names Eduardo Valencia Castellanos, Javier Valencia Gallardo, Javier Valencia Camacho, Ana Paula Valencia, Luz Valencia, Jorge Del Moral or Del Moral Realtors, run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.
Del Moral Realtors is the exclusive promoter of Acqua Flamingos. They are very well aware of everything that is going on and yet continue to promote the project to unsuspected victims and telling them that everything is going great and that the developer is very reputable.
I have recently learned that the developer pulled similar stunts in all of his previous projects and was successful because no one warned unsuspected victims. I did check the developer's reputation before purchasing my condo but I was not able to find anything wrong. I hope this report can help others thinking of doing business with Eduardo Valencia or Del Moral Realtors.
Swamp land in Florida would have been a better investment!
